We are a small hobby farm located in Indiana that specializes in raising, breeding, and loving the Great Dane Breed. Schlichter Danes started 10 years ago and over the years we have attained a wealth of experience and information on the breed. We are thrilled to see each new life and even more excited to see new families being formed.
We breed for health, temperament, mass, and breed type. Our dogs come from Champion bloodlines. We started our journey many years ago, and it has been unlike anything we have ever known. We, as a family, feel blessed with the opportunity to live among these gentle, noble giants who have already taught us so much more about life and love than any human ever could. We still have so much to learn from them.
